Your books can join into a sky. Each book is a star. Passages that echo each other draw the lines.
What Star Map is
Star Map draws the connections you have already kept. Each star is a book. A line is a pair of sentences you confirmed. It is not an automatic knowledge graph, and it does not prove that two authors agree.
How it takes shape
You generate connections yourself. After you keep 6 connections that cover 3 books, the map takes shape. Before that, the screen says “Your star map is taking shape.”
You need at least two books and iOS 17 or later. The comparison runs on your device and does not use AI credits.
What it helps with
When two books contain sentences that sit near each other, Star Map brings you back to those sentences. You can then ask about one of the highlights.
Limits
Results can be empty or tenuous. Similar wording is a lead, not agreement. Matching stays on your device and does not upload your notes.
